Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an innovative AI Solutions Engineer to architect and deploy end-to-end LLM solutions, including generative AI applications, RAG systems, agentic AI frameworks, and document automation pipelines.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of AI frameworks, optimize performance and reliability, and deliver production-grade AI solutions with high confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and deploying LLM solutions.
• 3-4 years’ corporate experience.
• LLMOps: prompt engineering, evaluation, model orchestration.
• Full-stack background: Python, TypeScript, FastAPI/Django, REST APIs, SQL, Azure.
• Containerized deployments with Docker and Azure.
• ML/NLP/CV, data pipelines, data visualization with Power BI.

We are looking for an innovative AI Solutions Engineer to join our team at Allianz. This role involves architecting and deploying end-to-end LLM solutions, including generative AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, agentic AI frameworks, document automation pipelines, and multimodal model capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong LLMOps proficiency, encompassing prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, model orchestration, standardized output structures, and delivery of high-confidence, production-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proven expertise in architecting and deploying LLM solutions, including generative AI applications.


• 3-4 years’ experience working in a corporate context


• Strong LLMOps proficiency in prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and model orchestration.


• Robust full-stack engineering background with Python, TypeScript, FastAPI/Django, RESTful API design, SQL, and cloud-native architectures on Azure.


• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Azure services.


• Comprehensive experience across machine learning, NLP, computer vision, statistical modeling, data-processing pipelines, and data visualization using Power BI.
