Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a senior cost planner in Delhi with 8–10 years of experience to prepare cost plans at Concept, Schematic, and Design Development stages.

You will analyse unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering, collect market quotations, and assist in tender estimates and cost plan reporting. You will also handle procurement tasks, prepare PQ documentation, evaluate tenders, issue documentation, and draft tender reports, with experience in FIDIC/CPWD forms.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in cost management for construction projects.
• Prepare cost plans at different design stages (Concept, Schematic, Design Development) and assist in tender estimates and cost plan reporting.
• Carryout procurement tasks: PQ documentation, tender schedules, evaluating tenders and drafting tender reports, familiarity with standard forms of contract (FIDIC, CPWD).
• Prepare interim payment recommendations, maintain cost control documentation, and manage change control processes; contribute to cost reporting, cashflow forecasting, valuation of variations, risk allowances, and final accounts.
• Apply working knowledge of construction technologies and methods in cost planning; assess cost implications of materials, labour and construction methods.
• Proficiency in CAD, Cost-X and other quantification/estimation software; strong MS Excel and Word skills.
