Job summary

Cherry Hill Interiors Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi invites an experienced Cost Estimator to oversee cost estimation, tendering, and procurement for corporate interior fit-out projects.

You will prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, and collaborate with project managers, designers, and suppliers. The role requires at least 6 years of relevant experience, an engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost estimation and tendering for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and overheads.
• Tendering & Procurement: Lead the tendering process, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Assess vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
• Cost Control & Risk Management: Monitor budgets, conduct risk analysis, and provide cost reports to senior management.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and suggest cost-efficient solutions.
