Job summary

Allot is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our finance team in Mumbai. The role covers subsidiaries in multiple countries, month-end closings, and US GAAP compliance. Hybrid work model, with a focus on accuracy and cross-border financial control.

Responsibilities include payroll and supplier oversight, monthly/quarterly/yearly financial analysis of P&L and balance sheet, and tax filings across jurisdictions. English fluency, independence, and strong Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CPA from a Big 4 internship is advantageous.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting is required.
• Extensive knowledge in US GAAP.
• Experience auditing of global companies.
• Experience as controller/assistant in global hi-tech companies is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Independent, detail oriented, a team player, a great multitasker.
• Willingness to commit to the job and for long hours when needed.
• Strong Excel skills.
