Job summary

Allot in Mumbai, INDIA is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our finance team hybrid on-site in Mumbai. You will oversee subsidiaries, handle month-end close, ensure US GAAP compliance, payroll and supplier management.

The role requires strong Excel, English fluency, and prior experience in global Hi-Tech environments; CPA/Big 4 internship is a plus. You will participate in financial analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly results and ensure regulatory filings across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• CPA from a Big 4 firm internship - advantage.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
• Extensive knowledge in US GAAP.
• Experience auditing of global companies.
• Experience as controller/assistant in global hi-tech companies - advantage.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Independent, detail oriented, a team player, multitasker.
• Willingness to commit to long hours when needed.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility over the subsidiaries in different countries.
