Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service in Gujarat seeks a collections specialist to design and implement strategies to recover outstanding credit. You will negotiate with customers and establish targets to improve collection outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in retail loan collections, a finance background, and strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, with fluent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Qualifications

• Experience more than 2 Years in collections
• Bachelor degree (any streams; preferred in finance)
• Experience in collection field – Retail loans
• Strong time and people management skills
• Language requirements: English, Hindi, Gujarati
