The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient experience, driving revenue growth, managing and motivating the team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. This role requires both operational excellence and strong consultation/sales skills in the hair & skin aesthetics domain.
Conduct professional consultations for clients on skin and hair-related concerns.
Manage end-to-end consultation flow and ensure high conversion rates. Conduct follow-ups to track patient progress, satisfaction, and treatment results.
Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.
Salary - 5.40 to 6.60 LPA
Experience - 2 to 4 Years
Education - Any Graduate (Science/Aesthetics background preferred but not mandatory), MBA (Equivalent)
6 days working per week
No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Working Hours: 9:45 AM 7:00 PM
