Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory and audit compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead staff, supervise customer service processes, manage lobby queues, handle cash operations (FX and TCs), and ensure AML/KYC compliance for all opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC while maintaining smooth service delivery.

• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.

• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
