Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory and audit compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, manage customer flows, handle cash operations, and resolve complaints within defined TAT, while maintaining AML/KYC compliance for account openings.

You will play a pivotal role in sustaining operational efficiency and strengthening customer trust at the branch level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler's cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
