Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a proactive Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will drive efficiency and compliance in service delivery.

You will lead customer service processes, manage lobby queues, handle cash operations including FX and traveler’s cheques, and ensure AML/KYC compliance for all account forms submitted to CPC/RPC. Strong leadership and banking operations knowledge are essential.

• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
