Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd invites an experienced Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to supervise daily branch operations, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance in Jaipur.

You will lead from the front, manage customer queues, authorize transactions, oversee cash, AML/KYC at CPC/RPC, and drive efficient processes to deliver outstanding banking experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
