Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Front Line Sales professional to join our digital office in the East region. You will handle captive inbound calls, support HNI clients, and work in a customer-centric role with rotational shifts and weekly offs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service and strong communication skills. Preference given to candidates with BFSI exposure; undergraduate qualifications are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a graduate degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in BFSI, call center, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound call center interactions with top-level service.
• Work with rotational shifts and weekly offs as required.
• Engage with HNI customers and provide proactive, can-do support.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and an engaging personality.
• Deliver above-and-beyond service to HNI clients.
