Job summary

SVG Granites in Hyderabad requires an experienced accounts professional to manage tax compliance, GST returns, payroll and receivable/payable processes. The role involves maintaining excise tax records and liaising with banks and government authorities to ensure timely submissions.

You will prepare pay sheets, statutory deductions, and assist in final accounts and audits, contributing to accurate financial reporting and smooth regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with GST, VAT, CST and GST returns.
• Knowledge of TDS payments and monthly filings.
• Experience in payroll processing and statutory deductions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central excise tax records and submission of forms.
• Prepare GST monthly returns and reconciliations.
• Handle bank liaison and statutory reports.
• Prepare pay sheets and payroll deductions.

Job description

• Familiar with Maintenance of central excise tax records and Submission of various forms and reports with the Authorities.
• Sales tax VAT & CST Online Returns Submission and Maintenance of Records. Submission of Various Forms & Statements for Assessment/Auditing Purpose.
• GST Monthly Returns (GSTR1,GSTR 2B & GSTR 3B) Maintenance of CGST & SGST, IGST Input & Output Records
• Liason Work with Banks & Govt. Organisations.
• Bank-Submission of Monthly Stock Statement, BRS
• Tds Monthly Payments and qtrly retuns submission
• Receivable accounting - Control and MIS reports i.e Age Wise Analysis and Collectoon followup with marketing staff. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors.
• Payable accounting Control and MIS reports i.e Age Wise Analysis and creditors payments timely
• Pay/Wages –Pay Roll Accounting Preperation of Pay Sheets preparation, statutory deductions. Payments through E Net.
• Finalisation of Accounts and Audit. Conversant with Preperation of Books of Accounts,Final Accounts.Role & responsibilities
