The Glove is seeking an Asset Management Consultant/Architect for a permanent role in our Tech division. You will serve as a Senior Consultant or Business Architect, developing operating models and overseeing CRM implementations to support client servicing.

You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, define business architecture for solution design, and provide strategic guidance to enhance asset management processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in business architecture and CRM.
• Proven track record of client servicing and solution implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently and drive them to completion.

The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Consultant or Business Architect, playing a pivotal role in client servicing by developing operating models and overseeing CRM implementations. Your expertise will contribute to defining the Business Architecture necessary for solution and process design in asset management servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operating models for client servicing in asset management.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems.
• Define and refine Business Architecture to facilitate effective solution and process design.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide expert guidance and strategic insight to enhance asset management servicing processes.

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business architecture and CRM.
• Proven track record of successful client servicing and solution implementation.
