Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, focusing on agile delivery and best practices in technical product ownership.
• Familiarity with the asset management industry.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing large, matrixed, and geographically distributed teams, ideally consisting of 200 or more members.
• Experience in spearheading organizational AI transformation, enhancing team skills, integrating AI into SDLC processes, and establishing ethical AI practices.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering or related discipline.
