Qualifications

• 5–10 years in asset management, spare-parts management, supply chain, maintenance, or operations.
• Strong experience in spare planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and resolve recurring availability issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Experience in EV charging, automotive, infrastructure, logistics, or other asset-intensive businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Pump Asset Readiness: Ensure timely availability, installation, and connection of all required assets for new E-Pumps to support on-time commissioning.
• Spare Parts Management: Own spare-part planning, inventory, availability, and replenishment for existing E-Pumps.
• OTIF Availability: Ensure critical spares are available On Time, In Full (OTIF) at the required locations. Balance availability and inventory levels while minimizing excess, obsolete, and slow-moving spares.
• Program Management: Identify recurring spare availability issues and drive structured programs to eliminate root causes and improve availability.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendors, and Expansion teams to ensure asset and spare readiness.
• Cost Management: track and optimize cost of spares and provide input to the engineering team for reducing spare failures.

What you’ll do:
