Job summary

• Formulate, verify and approve working-hour quotas and auxiliary-material consumption quotas.
• Undertake process planning, capacity planning and production-line layout design.
• Analyze and resolve process-related quality issues on site.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting process improvement and next-generation wind turbine process research. You will develop process schemes, compile and optimize process documentation, and drive the development and introduction of tooling, auxiliary materials and production equipment. Throughout the whole manufacturing-oriented work cycle, you will ensure all process-related deliverables satisfy production, quality and cost requirements for wind-turbine complete-machine manufacturing.

• Prior experience as process development representative for complete-machine products is preferred.
