Job summary

Zettamine Labs in India seeks an experienced AS400/IBM i developer to design and maintain RPG/RPGLE applications, leveraging DB2 database design, SQL, and CL/CLLE scripting.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of AS400 experience, working knowledge of I5250 and Presto Inventory, and familiarity with JDA in the retail domain. Strong testing, debugging, and client interaction skills are essential for delivering robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of AS400 IBM i experience with RPG / RPGLE.
• Experience in design and development on applications using RPG, RPGLE and CL/CLLE.
• Strong SQL knowledge with complex DB2 queries and embedded SQL.
• Familiar with I5250, Presto Inventory, and JDA in a retail context.
• Experience with change management tools like Aldon Turnover is plus.
• Knowledge of MQs and Web Services is desirable.
• Ability to perform end-to-end testing and debugging of batch and interactive jobs.
• Ability to interact with client teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Responsibilities
