Job summary

Codincity Digital Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer with hands-on experience in AS400/IBM i, RPG and CL, Embedded SQL and DB2. The role covers application development, production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and technical leadership.

The candidate will lead a team, troubleshoot production issues, and work with DB2, SQL and web services while engaging in requirement discussions with business and IT teams. Experience in financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AS400/IBM i development experience.
• Strong RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, Embedded SQL and DB2 skills.
• Experience with SFTP/Secure FTP, PGP, Web Services and error handling.
• 3+ years of Team Lead/Technical Lead experience.
• Financial Services or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred.
• COBOL and LSAMS experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
