About the job Artificial Intelligence Team Lead

Looking for an experienced and visionary Artificial Intelligence Team Lead to lead our AI initiatives and drive innovation within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of AI engineers, overseeing the development and deployment of AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster their professional growth
• Define the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Manage end-to-end AI projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Drive research and development initiatives to explore new AI techniques, algorithms, and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Design scalable and efficient AI architectures and frameworks, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems
• Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, robustness, and safety of AI models and applications
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and the broader organization
• Represent the AI team in meetings, presentations, and conferences, advocating for the value of AI and promoting a culture of excellence

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in leading AI or machine learning teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Deep expertise in AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++; familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in AI development and deployment
• Contributions to the AI community, such as publications, open-source projects, or participation in conferences and workshops
