Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to support business goals
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to train models and derive insights
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML models into applications and systems
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, making updates as necessary to ensure continued accuracy and relevance
• Research and implement the latest AI tools, frameworks, and best practices

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Machine Learning
  Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Programming and Scripting
  Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, along with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Keras
• Data Processing and Analysis
  Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets
• Model Deployment
  Familiarity with model deployment tools and frameworks, such as Docker, Flask, or TensorFlow Serving
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms
  Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for data storage and AI/ML model deployment
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
• Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
