Job summary

Interpath Gurugram is seeking an experienced PMO lead to run the AI CoE portfolio and delivery function. You will track initiatives, KPIs and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across AI projects.

The role requires 6+ years in PMO or program management, strong stakeholder reporting, and experience with Jira, Confluence and data tooling. A Post Graduate degree or MBA is preferred; GCC/captive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years in PMO / program / project management in tech, data or AI delivery.
• Strong initiative and KPI tracking, governance and stakeholder reporting experience.
• RAID, budget and capacity management discipline.
• Proficiency with PMO tooling (Jira, Confluence, Excel / Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Track initiatives & KPIs and maintain portfolio trackers, milestones, KPIs and value metrics.
• Coordinate teams and working groups; manage cross-team dependencies and RAID logs.
• Prepare governance, steering-committee and board reporting packs and dashboards.
• Run intake, prioritization, stage-gates; track budget, resourcing and capacity.
• Uphold delivery standards, templates and tooling across pods.
• Partner with AI Support and AI Lead on prioritization decisions.

About The Role

You will run the program management office for the AI function — tracking initiatives and KPIs, coordinating teams and working groups, and managing governance and board reporting so the portfolio stays on time, on budget and well-governed.

Key responsibilities:

• Track initiatives & KPIs — maintain the portfolio and initiative trackers, milestones, KPIs and value metrics; flag risks and variances early
• Coordinate teams & working groups — run the delivery cadence and working-group meetings; manage cross-team dependencies, RAID logs and actions to closure
• Manage reporting (board / governance) — prepare and manage governance, steering-committee and board reporting packs and dashboards
• Run intake, prioritization support and stage-gates; track budget, resourcing and capacity
• Uphold delivery standards, templates and tooling across the pods
• Partner with AI Support on documentation and with the AI Lead on prioritization decisions

Requirements

Required qualifications

• Min 6+ years in PMO / program / project management, ideally in technology, data or AI delivery
• Strong initiative and KPI tracking, governance and stakeholder-reporting experience
• Risk (RAID), budget and capacity-management discipline
• Proficiency with PMO tooling (Jira, Confluence, Excel / Power BI)

Preferred Or Desired Experience (nice To Have)

• Experience coordinating AI / data‑science delivery
• GCC / captive‑centre delivery experience
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM or equivalent certification

Education/experience lending itself to demonstrate strong commercial acumen:

• Post Graduation degree / MBA or equivalent professional course certification
