IndUS Target LLC is seeking a senior AI/LLM engineer to own agentic AI architecture and design multi-agent systems. You will define evaluations to ensure LLM reliability, solve complex problems, and guide engineers while collaborating with senior clients. Experience in enterprise integrations with AWS, Azure, Databricks and Snowflake is required.

Role focuses on technical ownership, mentoring, and stakeholder management to drive impactful AI deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI/LLM systems.
• Expertise in multi-agent orchestration, evals, and reliability.
• Strong background in RL, MLOps/LLMOps, and technical ownership.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI architecture for agentic systems and design multi-agent stacks.
• Define evaluations to ensure LLM reliability and robustness.
• Guide engineers and collaborate with senior clients.
