Job summary

LTM in India seeks an AI Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI and LLM-based systems, including multiagent orchestration, RAG evaluation frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps. You will design and implement enterprise-scale cloud platforms, distributed systems, developer platforms, and data platforms to advance AI-powered software delivery and governance.

• Deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI and LLM-based systems including multiagent orchestration and RAG evaluation frameworks.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale cloud platforms, distributed systems and DevOps/CICD automation.
• Proven track record of transforming how engineering teams build, test and deliver software using AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI and LLM-based systems including multiagent orchestration, RAG evaluation frameworks, LLMOps/MLOps, AI observability, governance and security.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale cloud platforms, distributed systems, developer platforms, data platforms or DevOps/CICD automation.
• Proven track record of transforming how engineering organisations build, test and deliver software using AI-assisted or agentic development tools.
• Strong judgement in ambiguous technical environments where architecture, product, security, operations and business value intersect.
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to code, prototype quickly and lead demonstrations.
• Excellent executive communication skills to articulate technical strategy and tradeoffs to VP/C-level executives, partners and industry audiences.
