Position Overview

As a Project Management Associate at TurmericEarth Art Projects, you will play a key role in managing and executing a diverse range of art projects. You will collaborate with clients, artists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our services. This role requires a blend of project management skills, creative thinking, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake the planning, execution, and management of projects ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Develop execution plans with timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with clients/client representatives as needed for the execution of the projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors ensuring timely execution that meet our requirements and standards.
• Manage and coordinate with all members involved in projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the project management team.
