About The Role

We are looking for a talented and strategic Art Director with strong expertise in shopper marketing to lead and elevate our creative efforts across retail and in-store environments. You will work closely with strategy, copy, and client servicing teams to develop compelling, conversion-driven concepts that engage shoppers and drive purchase intent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual ideas for shopper marketing campaigns across various retail channels (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, etc.).
2. Lead the visual development of point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, packaging adaptations, retail activation, and other shopper touchpoints.
3. Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, designers, and clients to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
4. Oversee photo shoots, vendor briefings, and production processes as required.
5. Stay current on shopper trends, retail innovation, and visual merchandising practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, or related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in a creative/art direction role, preferably with a focus on shopper marketing.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with retail, POSM, and integrated campaigns.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
5. Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling, and design thinking.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Preferred

1. Experience working with FMCG, CPG, or retail clients.
2. Understanding of consumer behavior in retail environments.
