Job summary

SRV Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Art Director to lead the visual direction for integrated marketing campaigns and manage a team of designers.

You will collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, social media teams, and performance marketers to transform concepts into engaging brand experiences. You will mentor designers, ensure brand-aligned output, and present concepts to clients, while staying ahead of AI-powered tools and evolving design techniques to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, branding, and digital-first creative work.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and mentoring designers.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of Figma and modern design workflows.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics or video production is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visual communication.
• Experience working with social media, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual creative direction across digital campaigns for multiple brands.
• Develop compelling campaign concepts, visual identities, and creative narratives.
• Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of graphic designers and visualizers.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Strategists, Account Managers, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Review and approve creative assets before client delivery.
• Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas for social media, performance marketing, branding, and integrated campaigns.
• Oversee production of static creatives, motion graphics, videos, presentations, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging design techniques.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative quality and meeting deadlines.
