Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years across strong network or independent agencies, with a portfolio demonstrating excellent art direction.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro, with motion graphics understanding.
• Hands-on fluency with Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Midjourney and Runway, plus judgment to filter AI output.
• Strong eye for modern art direction and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Partner closely with the Creative Director (Copy) and account teams while remaining an individual contributor

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Art Director with 10+ years of experience to turn client problems into powerful visual ideas with exceptional taste, sharp thinking and impeccable execution.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll be expected to create modern and distinctive visual worlds, push briefs towards design thinking and carry ideas from concept to final execution across digital, print, OOH and emerging AI-led formats.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Lead art direction and visual thinking across clients and categories, with an exceptional eye for detail, typography, composition, craft and consistency
• Build visual systems for integrated campaign ideas and push briefs
• Work hands-on from concept to final output, using AI tools + aggregators like Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Midjourney and Runway to explore, prototype and refine ideas
• Create modern and sophisticated work with impeccable execution across media

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• 10+ years across strong network or independent agencies, with a portfolio demonstrating excellent art direction, conceptual thinking, craft and ownership of the creative product
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, with hands-on ability from rough exploration through polished execution
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with an understanding of motion graphics, editing, pacing and visual storytelling
• Hands-on fluency with Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Midjourney and Runway, plus the judgement to identify and remove generic or artificial-looking AI output
• A strong eye for modern art direction, attention to detail, strong idea thinking and a willingness to constantly learn and evolve in a dynamic environment
