Job summary

Arka Communication Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Art Director to transform briefs into scroll-stopping social media posts, Reels, and campaign concepts in Mumbai. The role blends creative thinking with AI tools to push visual storytelling across digital content.

Requirements include 3–6 years in art direction or related fields, strong branding and typography knowledge, and hands-on skills in Illustrator, Figma, CapCut/DaVinci Resolve. Portfolio is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or similar digital roles.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, composition, and design.
• Excellent creative conceptualisation and ability to turn briefs into campaigns.

Job description

We’re looking for an Associate Art Director who combines strong creative thinking, visual design, and the power of AI creative tools.

If you can turn a brief into a scroll-stopping social media post, Reel, or campaign concept, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualise creative ideas for social media campaigns, posts, Reels and digital content
• Develop visual concepts, moodboards and creative directions
• Create static creatives, carousels, Reels and short-form videos
• Work closely with copy, social media and marketing teams
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, social trends and visual formats
• Take ideas from concept to final execution

What we’re looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, digital creative, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, composition, and design
• Excellent creative conceptualisation skills
• Strong experience creating social media content and Reels
• Ability to independently execute a creative brief
