Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines
• Implement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency

• Maintain and organize design files to ensure efficient workflow and version control

JOB SUMMARY

As an Art Coordinator at our Global Design Studio, you will collaborate closely with the New York team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and impactful design adaptations and updates.

This role involves ensuring seamless integration of layouts, maintaining brand consistency, and executing projects with exceptional attention to detail. You will work on projects that require precision, adaptability, and creative problem-solving while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Shift Timings: 6.30PM-3.30AM IST

Location: India

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines
• Implement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency
• Collaborate with the New York team to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with client expectations
• Provide solutions for layout adjustments while preserving the integrity of the design

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in design, preferably in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
