You will onboard channel partners, manage a freelance sales network, and own territory performance from onboarding to disbursement.

The role requires 2–4 years of field sales experience, a strong local network in UP, and willingness to travel extensively. BFSI/Fintech or FMCG exposure is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2 to 4 years of proven field sales experience.
• Preferred Industry Background: BFSI, Fintech, Lending, Payments, Telecom, Insurance, or FMCG channel-driven businesses.
• Strong local network within Uttar Pradesh districts.
• Self-driven, target-oriented with extensive field travel.

• Channel Partner (HLP) Development: identify, approach, onboard, and nurture Sarthi platforms/HLPs.
• Partner Activation: drive regular HLP activation for qualified loan files and logins.
• End-to-End Loan Lifecycle Ownership: manage loan files from documentation to disbursement.
• Freelancer Team Management: build, train, onboard, and manage freelance field resources.
• Market Expansion: field visits, market mapping, competitor analysis, and local networking.
• Target Achievement: own territory performance across onboarding, activation, and disbursement.

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Area Sales Officer (ASO) to drive business development, channel expansion, and team building across assigned districts in Uttar Pradesh. You will play a crucial role in independently developing your territory, onboarding channel partners (HLPs / Sarthi platforms), and recruiting/managing a network of freelance sales resources to hit ambitious disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Channel Partner (HLP) Development: Identify, approach, onboard, and nurture Sarthi platforms/HLPs across your territory to build strong, long-term productive relationships.
• - Partner Activation: Drive regular HLP activation by ensuring they consistently generate qualified loan files and logins.
• - End-to-End Loan Lifecycle Ownership: Manage loan files sourced through partners from documentation and login through field/PV coordination, credit team follow-ups, to final and timely disbursement.
• - Freelancer Team Management: Build, train, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of freelance field resources to scale business generation.
• - Market Expansion: Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, competitor analysis, and local networking to discover new growth opportunities.
• - Target Achievement: Take full ownership of territory performance across HLP Onboarding, HLP Activation, and Disbursement.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• - Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in field sales, channel development, territory management, or business development.
• - Preferred Industry Background: BFSI, Fintech, Lending, Payments, Telecom, Insurance, or FMCG channel-driven businesses.
• - Team Building: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and drive productivity from a freelancer or field sales network.
• - Local Expertise: Strong knowledge and existing network within the assigned districts of Uttar Pradesh.
• - Work Style: Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
