Job summary

Sahaj Retail Ltd. invites applications for a field sales and area manager role across multiple districts in Odisha. The candidate will drive Fintech product sales, AEPS, Insurance, and Banking services, while building strong relationships with district administrations and VLEs.

Graduation or higher is required with computer knowledge; 3–4 years in relevant sectors, willingness to work across assigned areas, and strong communication in Odia, Hindi, and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduation and above with computer knowledge.
• 3–4 years in Fintech field sales or Insurance, e-Governance, core Insurance and Banking Sales.
• Experience in kiosk banking and govt liaison preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, operations and revenue targets for assigned districts.
• Spread e-education sales and govt liaison with district administration.
• Visit VLE points, audit and motivate VLEs for revenue generation.
• Onboard BC points for HDFC Bank, CBI, SBI, BOB and Jio Payment Bank.

Locations- Cuttack, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Kendrapada, Jajpur Nayagarh, Mayurbhanj, Bhadrak,Boudh,Sonepur,Bargarh Sambalpur, Koraput,

Sal- Up to 3.80lacs @ PA (it will be negotiable)

For Exp:- Minimum 3 to 4yr experience in Fintech Field Sales or Insurance, E-Governance, core Insurance and Banking Sales, kiosk Banking etc

Key Deliverables

• Should have in- depth knowledge on his own District and GPs.
• Fintech profile is preferable for the candidates.
• Spreading, AEPS, Insurance Sales, Banking product Sales, BC onboarding, Retail sales and Govt. liaison and partner management.
• To Established the assigned numbers BC points for the for HDFC Bank, CBI, SBI, BOB,JIO payment Bank BC
• Must have worked under sales pressure.
• Candidate should have good communication skills. ( Odia, Hindi, English)
• Should have market updated skill and interest to take challenges as Area manager for assigned areas.
• Managing sales, operation and focus to achieve Revenue as per company assigned.Spreading E-education sales, Govt liaison with District administration.
• Work under pressure and take ownership for all projects of the assigned area.
• Visit to the VLE point, audit and motivate VLEs for business achievement and revenue generation.
• Need to have Self-discipline and proactiveness for quick action and deliver as per company expectation.
• Preference will be given if candidates have prior experience in Banking and financial service.
