Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited in India is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive secondary sales and merchandising by building long-term relationships with retailers across the territory. The role requires proactive outreach to understand market needs, execute distribution strategies, and maintain robust channel partnerships to ensure growth.

Key duties include covering outlets, achieving monthly POB and target, opening new outlets, launching products, and improving retail/wholesale performance.

Responsibilities

• Cover all relevant outlets in the respective territory
• Achieve assigned monthly POB, primary & secondary target
• Responsible for New Outlet Opening
• Responsible for New Product Launch
• Manage the performance of retail & wholesale outlets to improve our sales & revenue.
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable)
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
• Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.
