Stratefix Professional Private Limited invites an Area Sales Manager to lead growth in the frozen foods category across Surat, Navsari and South Gujarat. The role demands 6+ years of B2B sales experience, strong new customer acquisition, and the ability to develop regional territories while managing distributor networks and HoReCa accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
• Strong experience in new customer acquisition & territory development.
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Frozen Food industry.
• Priority: experience in selling Frozen French Fries, Frozen Samosas or other Frozen SKUs.
• Experience handling Distributors / Channel Partners / HoReCa / QSR / Institutional Customers.
• Sales team handling experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer acquisition and business development.
• Private Label / Contract Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
• Export sales experience is a plus.
• Important: Candidates without frozen-food experience or team-handling experience will not be considered.
