Role Purpose
Drive sales of medical equipment and rental solutions to large corporate hospitals.
Job Overview
Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding sales of medical equipment, rentals, and consumables across assigned hospital accounts. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, lead product adoption through clinical engagement, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality, compliant healthcare solutions while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets and manage Accounts Receivable for the assigned territory.
- Identify new customers, develop high‑growth markets, and expand territory presence.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to existing customers, including rentals and consumables.
- Launch new products and drive their adoption in key hospitals.
- Develop and execute account strategies for key hospitals.
- Build strong networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) – doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and hospital executives.
- Maintain strong relationships with C‑suite and other key decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with hospital project consultants on new projects.
- Lead effective product demonstrations and engage stakeholders to create awareness of how Arjo solutions address critical healthcare needs.
- Work closely with the clinical team on product trials, evaluations, and successful adoption.
- Grow and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Capture customer feedback, promptly elevate quality‑related issues, and support risk management documentation for equipment deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams – Clinical, Marketing, Service, and Finance – to align on market strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Support sustainability initiatives aligned with Arjo’s corporate responsibility goals.
Experience
Average of 3-5 years in medical equipment sales, medical devices sales, specialty pharmaceutical product sales, or hospital sales.
Qualifications
Science or engineering graduate, or non‑science graduate holding a full‑time MBA.
