Job summary

Chola is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead its Home Loan category in the assigned territory of Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam, India. You will drive sales, implement growth plans, and build a high-performing team.

You will recruit and mentor Branch Sales Managers and Executives, forge strong relationships with DSAs and builders, and identify opportunities to expand the Home Loan portfolio while tracking performance to hit targets.
