Job summary

Bhutan Tuff in Jaipur region seeks a proactive sales professional to develop and execute strategies for diverse product lines. You will expand markets across Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Bhilwara, and Banswara while maintaining strong customer retention and rapid resolution of complaints.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in building materials, fluent in English, Hindi and local language, and proficient with MS Word, Social Media and Google Forms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building material industry.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and local language.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies across markets for multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and track sales strategies for Bhutan Tuff products across Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Bhilwara and Banswara.
• Create strategies to win new customers and grow market reach.
• Expand markets while focus on customer retention.
• Achieve individual and team goals; use praise to drive motivation.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve promptly.

• Develop, implement and track sales strategies and goals, with differentiation for markets for various products of Bhutan Tuff.
• Create strategies to make sales with new customers and develop the market for various products
• Expand markets while keeping a strict focus on building customer retention rates
• Achieve individual and team goals, and use frequent praise to drive internal motivation
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve them as quickly and thoroughly as possible
• Understand and face competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop and implement inbound and outbound sales techniques, also giving feedback on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Minimum 3 Years of Releavnt Experinece from Building Material Industry
• English, Hindi and Local Language Proficiency
• Knowledge of MS Word, Social Media and Google Forms.
