Job summary

JMG Buildcon Llp is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive monthly and quarterly targets across Havells product ranges in Noida and Greater Noida. You will lead showroom and field teams, while building strong relationships with architects, contractors, electricians, dealers, and walk-ins.

Responsibilities include onboarding dealers, coordinating inventory for fast-moving items, and executing local promotions with brand-conscious showroom displays. Hindi and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, channel, or field sales.
• Experience in electrical, lighting, FMEG, or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience leading a sales team; strong communication and negotiation in Hindi & English.

Requirements

• Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Havells product range.
• Familiarity with brands such as Philips, Wipro, Crompton, Bajaj, Syska, or Polycab.
• Existing relationships with architects, contractors, electricians, or dealers in Noida/Greater Noida.
• Experience in dealer development and project sales.
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
