The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar, responsible for driving adoption of Codju’s education technology solutions within the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective schools, conducting meetings and product demonstrations with school leaders and decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Daily responsibilities include building strong relationships with school management, coordinating with internal teams for proposals and implementation support, and representing Codju at local events, educator forums, and outreach activities. The role also includes gathering market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing insights to improve Codju’s offerings and go-to-market approach.
