Job summary

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Achieve operational and financial targets for the assigned area.
• Analyze KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and resource utilization.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and business expansion activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.
• Address escalated customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor service quality and drive customer-centric initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct operational audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain health, safety, and security standards.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Monitor area performance metrics and identify trends.
• Recommend strategic improvements based on data analysis.

Required Qualifications:
