Job summary

Kidbea is seeking an Area Manager to lead retail operations across South India. You will manage several stores, drive sales and store performance, and coach store teams to achieve regional KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in regional retail management, and willingness to travel for store visits and expansion projects. Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or kidswear retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in retail area management.
• Experience managing multiple stores or a regional portfolio.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales targets.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or kidswear retail preferred.
