Collections Target Achievement:Driverecoveryandachievemonthly/quarterlycollectiontargetsforassignedarea.

Team Leadership:ManagealargeteamofCollectionOfficers/Agencies,ensuringproductivityandadherencetoKPIs.

Process Compliance:EnsurecompliancewithRBIguidelines,companySOPs,andauditrequirements.

Performance Monitoring:Conductweeklyreviews,trackdelinquencybuckets,andimplementcorrectiveactions.

Vendor Management:Onboard,train,andevaluatethird-partycollectionagencies;ensurebackgroundchecksandperformancereviews.

Customer Engagement:Liaisewithcustomerstoresolvequeries,negotiaterepaymentplans,andhandleescalations.

Legal Support:Assist in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.
