Job summary

Canis Talent Solutions is seeking a senior 3D Visualizer to transform architectural drawings into accurate 3D models, render photorealistic visuals, and craft compelling walkthroughs for presentations. You will collaborate with architects and designers to refine concepts and ensure brand-consistent visuals.

Strong proficiency in industry tools and a keen eye for detail are essential. Your role includes post-production enhancements, presentation preparation, and staying current with visualization

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in interior design, architecture, or 3D visualization.
• Minimum 38 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer.
• Experience in interior design/architecture/interior fit-out preferred.
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender or Rhino.
• Strong knowledge of V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape or Twinmotion.
• Experience in photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials and textures.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches and design concepts.

• Ensure visuals follow brand and design guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization and rendering technologies.
• Maintain organized project files and version control.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Review visuals for accuracy, realism and design consistency.
