Job summary

Talentify Consulting is seeking a skilled 3D Visualization Specialist to develop high-quality architectural, interior, and landscape visualizations. You will create photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and management to accurately convey design intent.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and a strong portfolio, with advanced English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural practice or 3D visualization.
• Strong portfolio of photorealistic architectural/interior visualization.
• Proficient English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for Architectural, Interior design and Landscape projects using multiple types of software.
• Create photorealistic still images, animations, and walkthroughs.
• Work closely with Architects, Interior designers, Landscape architects and Management teams to accurately represent design intent.
• Perform post-production and image enhancement to achieve the highest visual quality.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and visual output.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain organized clean files and naming conventions, rendering libraries, materials and visualization standards for efficient team collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

• Three to five years experience in architectural practice, interior architecture or 3D Visualization
• Expert knowledge with software platforms required or the ability to learn them quickly
• Advanced verbal and written communication with the English language.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural and interior visualization work
• Understanding of how to review architectural documents such as construction drawings for use in developing models for 3d Visualization purposes.
