Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants is seeking an Architectural Draftsman / CAD Technician to join our team in Gujarat. You will prepare detailed architectural drawings and GFC drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers to meet project timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, and a strong understanding of building materials and construction processes. Industrial/PEB experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• ITI or TEB-certified Civil Draftsman or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship.
• 2-7 years of architectural drafting experience with consultancy firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction materials, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including client presentation materials and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, in close coordination with architects.
• Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp proficiently. Experience with other graphic software is a plus.
• Understand and interpret architectural concepts, translating them into precise technical drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications with a strong understanding of building and construction elements, materials, and processes.
• Support team members in the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with design standards and client requirements.
