Orion One 32 in Noida is seeking an Architectural Draftsman to convert sketches into precise drawings for residential and commercial projects. You will produce detailed blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, visit Noida/Delhi-NCR sites for field measurements, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and MEP consultants to finalize drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/IT I qualifications in civil or architectural drafting, or a relevant degree.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory; knowledge of BIM workflows and 3D rendering tools is desirable.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our real estate development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and actual construction. You will be responsible for converting rough sketches, architectural concepts, and engineering notes into precise, compliance-ready technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D models for our upcoming residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Drawing Production: Create detailed blueprints, floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural layouts based on initial concepts from architects and engineers.
• Software Expertise: Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Local Code Compliance: Ensure all architectural drawings strictly adhere to Noida Authority building bye-laws, NBC (National Building Code) guidelines, and RERA regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and on-site construction managers to resolve design discrepancies.
• Site Visits: Visit construction sites in Noida/Delhi-NCR to take precise field measurements, verify existing conditions, and ensure construction aligns with approved working drawings.
• Documentation Management: Maintain, organize, and update all revisions of architectural blueprints, working drawings, and material specifications for project archives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Civil/Architectural Drafting, ITI Draftsman (Civil), or a Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Interior Design.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of solid drafting experience working with real estate developers, architectural firms, or construction companies in India (Delhi-NCR market experience is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory. Good knowledge of BIM workflows and 3D rendering tools is highly desirable.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, building structural systems, and standard architectural detailing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
