• 5+ years of experience in architecture and interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design principles and building codes.
• Excellent client requirement interpretation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and draft architectural designs and plans in accordance with international building codes.
• Conduct research, programming, and detailed planning to meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Apply extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction detailing, building materials and systems, zoning regulations and building codes.
• Provide architectural guidance, perform calculations and analyses and offer recommendations within specialized architectural segments.
• Manage project deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, designers, and specialists on projects of various scales.
• Support Project Architectural or Engineering Managers on larger or complex projects as required.
• Understand and analyze client requirements to develop tailored design solutions.
