Position Overview

As a Revit Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, producing construction documents, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and develop architectural projects. Your proficiency in Revit software will be critical in ensuring accurate and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Modeling: Utilize Revit software to develop detailed 3D models of architectural projects, incorporating accurate dimensions, materials, and building components.
2. Construction Documentation: Generate high-quality construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules using Revit, ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate their input and expertise into the project. Effectively communicate design ideas and resolve any design conflicts or issues.
4. Quality Control: Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of Revit models, drawings, and documentation to maintain the highest standards of quality and adherence to project requirements.
5. Revit Expertise: Serve as the go‑to person for Revit‑related questions and provide training and guidance to team members on Revit best practices, workflows, and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Education: Bachelors degree in architecture, civil Engineering is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
2. Revit Proficiency: Extensive experience working with Autodesk Revit software, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and best practices for architectural design and documentation.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in creating complex 3D models, families, and parametric components in Revit. Solid knowledge of construction documentation standards, building codes, and regulations.
4. Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external consultants.
