Job summary

Brillio seeks a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead Experience Cloud initiatives in Bengaluru. You will design scalable architectures, guide cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions across sites, themes, and layouts.

You will own security modeling, data governance, dashboards, and seamless integrations with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring performance and compliance at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant credential.
• Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent relevant Salesforce certification.
• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with 3+ years focused on Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Experience Cloud solutions addressing complex business requirements.
• Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models for regulatory compliance.
• Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights for data-driven decisions.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specs for Experience Cloud projects.
• Lead and mentor technical teams through the development lifecycle.
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud components (sites, themes, page layouts).
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
• Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
