Job summary

Brillio is seeking an experienced Architect to design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions across scalable architectures. You will lead security models, user management (including JIT and SSO), and site migrations, while integrating EC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Strong Apex and LWC skills are required.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding pilots, and ensuring high performance and reliability of EC deployments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• At least 4 years hands-on Salesforce development and architecture.
• Significant expertise in Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to business objectives, ensuring high system performance and reliability
• Develop, configure, and maintain Experience Cloud applications, implementing robust security models, JIT and SSO, and seamless site migrations
• Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi
• Optimize Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and Experience Builder to enhance performance, usability, and scalability
• Lead and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing strategies, including test planning and risk mitigation
• Provide post-deployment production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve defects
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for software design, configuration, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution integration, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives
